The  Timberjack's Smokehouse is located just outside the restaurant kitchen.  A combination of many varieties of wood, and also unique seasonings are used for the distinct flavor and the mouthwatering tenderness you will find in our smoked food. No barbeque sauce is used in the preparation of the magnificent tasting ribs but the sauce is served on the side.
